Services
Engineering you can put on the roadmap.
We are a consultancy, not a body shop. Every engagement starts with a written scope and ends with software in production and documentation you own.
01 / Capabilities
What we take on
01
AI Systems
Assistants, retrieval and automated decisions that hold up in production.
- LLM assistants and chat interfaces wired into your own data and permissions
- Retrieval pipelines, embeddings and evaluation harnesses so quality is measured, not assumed
- Automated scoring, classification and document processing
- Dedicated AI services in Go or TypeScript, with caching and cost ceilings built in
02
Product Engineering
Whole platforms, from the architecture call to the on-call rotation.
- React and TypeScript front ends, server-rendered where it earns its keep
- APIs on Bun, Elysia and Node, with Postgres and Drizzle underneath
- Authentication, roles, billing and the unglamorous parts that decide whether a product ships
- Deployment on Cloudflare or AWS, with the CI and observability to go with it
03
Process Automation
The repetitive half of your operation, handed to software.
- Support and ticketing flows with automated first response, 24/7
- Internal workflows: onboarding, notifications, reporting, escalation
- Integrations between the tools your team already pays for
- Bots and agents for Discord, Slack and the web — a practice we have run for five years
04
Systems & Developer Tooling
When the problem is below the framework line.
- Compilers, transpilers and virtual machines — we have written ours in Zig
- Performance work: profiling, caching layers, query and latency budgets
- Internal SDKs and packages your teams build on, published and versioned
- Technical due diligence and architecture reviews before you commit a roadmap
05
Embedded Engineers
Capacity that arrives already knowing how to work.
- Engineers inside your standups, your repo and your review process
- Same timezone, same tools, no coordination tax
- Monthly rolling — scale the squad with the roadmap, not against a 12-month contract
- An engineering lead accountable for output, not a recruiter handing over résumés
06
Maintenance & Support
What happens after launch, which is most of a system's life.
- Uptime, monitoring and incident response for what we build
- Dependency, security and platform upgrades on a schedule, not in a panic
- Taking over inherited codebases nobody on your team wants to touch
- Documented handover whenever you want to bring it back in house
02 / Engagements
How we work together
2 weeks · fixed fee
Discovery Sprint
The lowest-risk way to work with us. We audit what exists, interview your team and hand back an architecture, a scoped backlog and a delivery plan — yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.
- Architecture and technical plan
- Scoped backlog with estimates
- Risk and cost assessment
Monthly · dedicated squad
Build & Ship
A squad assigned to your roadmap: an engineering lead plus engineers, working in cycles. Weekly demos, written decisions and something deployed to production at the end of every cycle.
- Working software each cycle
- Weekly demo and written update
- Direct channel to the engineers
Ongoing · per engineer
Embedded Team
Our engineers join yours. You direct the work, we handle hiring, ramp-up, cover and retention. Month to month, scale up or down as the roadmap changes.
- Engineers on your process
- Full US-hours overlap
- No long-term lock-in
Pricing depends on scope and squad size, and we quote it in writing before anything starts. Nearshore rates, senior engineers — tell us the budget you are working with and we will tell you straight away whether it is realistic.
03 / Process
From first call to handover
01
Intro call
30 minutes. You describe the problem, we tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.
02
Scope
We write down what we heard: the outcome, the constraints, the budget range and what we would do first.
03
Build
Cycles with a demo at the end of each one. You see progress in the product, not in a status report.
04
Hand over
Documentation, access and a maintenance plan. Everything we build is yours, including the repository.
